Facilitation

About Facilitation
Facilitation is a process in which a third party who is a trained and experienced facilitator (and is not a stakeholder) plans, develops and conducts an organized and effective process that helps a group move toward common understanding and that produces a clear result that is commonly understood and supported by all participants.
Facilitation focuses on how people participate in the process of learning or planning, not just on what gets achieved.
